Sonali, one of our co-founders, had a fantastic Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). But booking an appointment was a nightmare. Calls went to voicemail. Messages were missed. The RMT was an incredible practitioner but couldn't afford a full-time receptionist and couldn't answer the phone while working.
Sonali offered to step in. She became the "voice" of the clinic—answering calls, booking appointments, and managing the calendar remotely.
The result? Patients were happier. The schedule filled up. And the business owner could finally focus on their work instead of chasing missed calls.
